Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management, with a proven track record of driving business growth. The role requires frequent client visits, effective communication, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels (networking, references, digital platforms, cold calls, etc.).
- Conduct regular client meetings and visits to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities across HR Consulting, Digital Marketing, Overseas Education, and IT/Website Development services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities, pipelines, and client interactions.
- Represent the company at networking events, seminars, and industry meetups.
Required Skills
- Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong skills in lead generation, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with a target-oriented mindset.
- Must be a Hyderabad local with good knowledge of the regional business landscape.
- Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings.
