We are seeking an experienced Counselling Manager to join our Skin Clinic at Madhapur. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the dermatology field, with proven experience in patient counselling and clinic management. She will be responsible for guiding patients through treatment options, ensuring excellent patient care, and managing day-to-day clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel patients on dermatology procedures, treatments, and aftercare.
• Build trust and maintain strong patient relationships.
• Manage clinic operations including staff coordination, appointments, and administration.
• Ensure smooth communication between doctors, patients, and staff.
• Maintain high professional standards and patient confidentiality.
• Support in business growth by improving patient satisfaction and retention.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a dermatology /skin clinic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage counselling and clinic operations effectively.
• Female candidates preferred.
