We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in Kukatpally, Hyderabad with minimum 2 years of experience in customer handling, client relationship management, lead conversion, and retention strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, CRM software knowledge, and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain strong customer relationships Handle inbound & outbound customer calls Convert leads into successful business opportunities Maintain customer database in CRM software Follow up with prospects and existing clients Resolve customer complaints efficiently Coordinate with sales & marketing teams Achieve monthly customer engagement and retention targets Generate reports using CRM tools Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills

Minimum 2 years experience in CRM / Customer Relationship Management Experience in real estate / education / recruitment / service industry preferred Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Strong communication skills (English & Telugu preferred) Lead generation & lead nurturing skills Customer retention strategies knowledge Good negotiation & persuasion skills Basic MS Office knowledge Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously Preferred Candidate Profile Immediate joiners preferred Candidates residing near Kukatpally, Hyderabad Target-driven and customer-focused mindset Strong follow-up and coordination skills
