We are seeking a skilled and experienced ENT Consultant with a strong background in diagnosing and treating disorders related to the ear, nose, and throat. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of clinical and surgical experience, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage disorders affecting the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, voice box (larynx), and other structures of the head and neck.
• Perform ENT surgeries, both elective and emergency, in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
• Conduct outpatient consultations and evaluate patients’ surgical needs.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and recovery.
• Manage inpatient and day-care ENT cases, and respond to emergency calls as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and clinical activities in compliance with medical standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
• Participate in clinical audits, CME programs, and departmental quality improvement initiatives.

• MBBS with MS in ENT or DLO from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or relevant State Medical Council.
• Proficiency in ENT surgical procedures and sound clinical decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and work effectively within a team.
