We are hiring an experienced Hospital Housekeeping Supervisor for a reputed healthcare facility located at KPHB Main Road, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining hospital cleanliness standards, ensuring infection control protocols, and providing a safe and hygienic environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily hospital housekeeping operations.
• Monitor cleanliness of patient rooms, wards, OPD areas, ICUs, corridors, and common areas.
• Ensure compliance with hospital hygiene standards, infection control policies, and sanitation procedures.
• Allocate duties and schedules to housekeeping staff.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.
• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, waste management, and safety protocols.
• Maintain housekeeping inventory, cleaning supplies, and equipment.
• Coordinate with nursing, administration, and facility management teams.
• Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal.
• Handle housekeeping-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports.

• Any Graduate / Diploma.
• 2+ years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in a hospital, healthcare facility, or multispecialty hospital.
• Knowledge of infection control, hospital sanitation, and housekeeping management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
