Job Description
Meera Consulting Ltd is hiring an HR Executive for a renowned hospital in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions within a healthcare setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and selection for nursing, paramedical, and administrative staff.
- Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Handle attendance, payroll inputs, and HR compliance as per hospital policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, leaves, and performance reviews.
- Support management in implementing HR policies and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate with department heads for training, manpower planning, and grievance redressal.
- Ensure statutory compliance under ESI, PF, and labor laws.
Required Skills
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Good understanding of HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
