Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Executive / HVAC Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Business Development team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV, Ductable ACs, and turnkey HVAC projects) and proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and client relationship management within the HVAC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the HVAC market, including Chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV systems, and complete HVAC turnkey projects.
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to promote the company’s HVAC products and services.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, tenders, and technical proposals based on customer needs and company pricing structures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, architects, builders, and facility managers to generate leads and specifications.
- Collaborate with design, estimation, and project execution teams to deliver tailored HVAC solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual HVAC sales targets through effective pipeline management and proactive follow-ups.
- Handle payment collections, contract negotiations, and post-sales coordination.
- Represent the company at HVAC trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to enhance brand visibility and business outreach.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in HVAC Sales / Business Development / Technical Sales.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, air conditioning technologies, and project sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
- Valid driving license preferred.
