We are hiring a Manager on Duty (MOD) for our leading multi-specialty hospital in Visakhapatnam. The MOD will be responsible for overseeing hospital operations, ensuring patient satisfaction, and maintaining smooth coordination between departments during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor hospital operations during duty hours.
• Handle patient admission, discharge, and grievance management efficiently.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage emergency situations and ensure quality patient care and safety protocols.
• Maintain reports and communicate shift updates to the Hospital Administration.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and SOPs.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in Hospital Front Office / Operations / MOD role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Telugu and English is mandatory.
