We are seeking an experienced and certified NICU Nurse to join our dedicated neonatal care team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 4 years of hands-on experience in a Level II or Level III NICU, with strong clinical knowledge and a compassionate approach to neonatal care.

• Provide direct nursing care to premature and critically ill newborns.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage ventilators or incubators.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatricians for patient care planning.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Offer emotional support and education to parents and caregivers.
• Ensure infection control and hygiene practices are strictly followed.
