We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Superintendent to lead and supervise the nursing services at our hospital. The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical background, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

• Oversee and coordinate all nursing services and staff activities.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and statutory requirements.
• Implement patient care standards, infection control practices, and safety protocols.
• Plan and manage duty rosters, staff training, and performance appraisals.
• Collaborate with doctors and administrative teams for smooth hospital operations.
• Monitor patient care outcomes and initiate improvements where necessary. * Handle audits, accreditation processes, and quality assurance programs.

• B.Sc & M.Sc Nursing with valid registration (State/Nursing Council).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership nursing role.
• Excellent communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in NABH-accredited hospital preferred.
