Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Patient Relations Executive with at least 4 years of experience to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients throughout their journey in our healthcare facility. You will act as a liaison between patients, families, and hospital staff, helping resolve queries and concerns efficiently.

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
  • Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with medical, nursing, and support teams to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction and follow-up on feedback.
  • Educate patients on hospital services, processes, and policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and escalations.
  • Ensure smooth admission and discharge processes in coordination with front office.
  • Manage VIP or high-profile patient experiences when needed.
  • Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred.
  • Working knowledge of hospital management systems (HMS) is an advantage.
