Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Patient Relations Executive with at least 4 years of experience to ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients throughout their journey in our healthcare facility. You will act as a liaison between patients, families, and hospital staff, helping resolve queries and concerns efficiently.
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
- Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, and support teams to ensure patient needs are met.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and follow-up on feedback.
- Educate patients on hospital services, processes, and policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and escalations.
- Ensure smooth admission and discharge processes in coordination with front office.
- Manage VIP or high-profile patient experiences when needed.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred.
- Working knowledge of hospital management systems (HMS) is an advantage.
