We are hiring a Senior Medical Representative / Area Sales Manager with proven experience in pharma sales and marketing. The candidate should have strong exposure to doctor visits, hospital tie-ups, product promotion, and territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key medical practitioners, pharmacists, and distributors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territory.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Implement marketing and brand strategies to increase product awareness.
• Ensure availability and visibility of products across channels.
• Prepare daily sales reports (DSR) and update CRM or internal reporting systems.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and product performance.
• Manage and guide a small team (if applicable) to achieve sales goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or any related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Representative / Senior MR / Area Sales Manager.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of pharma market dynamics in Hyderabad region.
• Ability to travel locally and manage doctor calls and hospital visits effectively.
