We are hiring an experienced Senior Physiotherapist with strong clinical exposure in hospital-based physiotherapy, inpatient rehabilitation, and post-surgical recovery management.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling both inpatient (IPD) and outpatient (OPD) physiotherapy cases and should be comfortable working closely with orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, ICU teams, and nursing staff.

This is a clinical hospital physiotherapy role requiring strong manual therapy, rehabilitation planning, and patient recovery management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and create personalized physiotherapy treatment plans for patients

• Manage inpatient (IPD) and outpatient (OPD) physiotherapy cases

• Provide post-operative rehabilitation for orthopedic, neuro, and surgical patients

• Handle ICU physiotherapy, chest physiotherapy, and early mobilization protocols

• Support recovery of patients with stroke, spinal injuries, joint replacement surgeries, fractures, and neurological conditions

• Work closely with consultant doctors, surgeons, and nursing teams for coordinated patient care

• Guide patients through pain management, mobility restoration, strengthening exercises, and functional rehabilitation

• Maintain clinical documentation, physiotherapy progress notes, and treatment records

• Educate patients and families regarding home exercise programs and rehabilitation protocols.

Qualification

BPT / MPT (Bachelor / Master in Physiotherapy)
