We are looking for a dynamic and result result drive Senior Sales Engineer with experience in industrial Automaton Sales.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and promoting automation products such as PLC, SCADA, Drives, and Control Systems across multiple industries.

Senior Sales Engineer with experience in industrial automation sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and promoting automation products such as PLC, SCADA, Drives, and Control Systems across multiple industries.

  • Identify and acquire new customers for industrial automation products including PLC, SCADA, VFD/Drives, HMI, Control Panels, and Control Systems.
  • Generate new business leads and sales opportunities in industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, automotive, power, and process industries.
  • Understand customer automation requirements and propose suitable automation solutions and technical products.
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, cost estimates, and commercial offers for automation solutions.
  • Follow up with clients and close sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project, service, and commissioning teams for successful project execution.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with industrial clients and OEM customers.
  • Conduct technical product presentations, demos, and meetings with decision makers.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and after-sales support coordination.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Industrial Automation Sales / Technical Sales / Automation Solutions Sales.
  • Good technical knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), SCADA Systems, HMI, VFD/Drives, Sensors, Control Panels, and Industrial Control Systems.
  • Ability to understand industrial processes and automation requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven sales professional.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Automation Engineering.
  • 3–8 years experience in Industrial Automation Sales / Automation Products Sales / Technical Sales Engineer role.
  • Experience selling products such as PLC, SCADA, VFD Drives, HMI, Control Panels, Sensors, Industrial Automation Systems.
