Job Summary
The Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand corporate client relationships, and strengthen brand presence. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands-on execution to achieve business targets
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Builders & Constructions Companies and develop new business opportunities in domestic markets.
- Conduct cold calls, client visits to generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and business partners.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company products and increase market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the production and technical departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyse sales performance metrics and prepare detailed sales reports for management review.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure effective after-sales support and maintain high customer retention rates
