We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in crafting exceptional digital experiences. You will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and interaction of our digital products.

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability analysis to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Maintain design consistency via a design system or style guide.
• Analyze and improve existing UI/UX based on user feedback and analytics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX work, case studies, and design thinking process.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with HTML/CSS (basic front-end knowledge is a plus).
• Prior work experience in [e.g., healthcare, fintech, SaaS, etc.].
• Knowledge of motion design or prototyping tools like Framer, Principle, or After Effects.
