We are looking for a WhatsApp Marketing Executive who can manage WhatsApp campaigns, customer engagement, and lead nurturing through WhatsApp Business and CRM tools. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk messaging, WhatsApp automation, lead conversion, and digital communication strategies. This role requires someone who can create engaging messages, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into appointments or sales. Key Responsibilities Manage WhatsApp Business marketing campaigns and daily communication with leads. Send bulk WhatsApp messages, broadcast campaigns, and promotional messages. Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into appointments or sales. Maintain lead database and update CRM with WhatsApp conversations. Coordinate with digital marketing and sales teams for campaign execution. Create engaging marketing content, templates, and auto-reply messages. Monitor WhatsApp campaign performance and response rates. Follow up with potential customers and nurture leads through WhatsApp marketing.

Experience in WhatsApp Marketing / WhatsApp Business API / Bulk Messaging Tools Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and Customer Engagement Basic understanding of CRM tools and data management Strong communication and persuasive messaging skills Ability to handle high-volume customer conversations and follow-ups Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for lead tracking Preferred Candidate Experience in Healthcare Marketing / Digital Marketing / Online Lead Conversion Familiar with WhatsApp automation tools, chatbots, and marketing software Candidates from Telecalling, Telesales, CRM, or Digital Marketing background
